How to register as a GDAT member

1. Download the form GSDAT-MemberRegistrationForm-English.pdf
2. Print and fill the form
3. Send the filled form to our office with the copy of your passport

   • Walk-in registration: send the form and pay the member registration fee
   • Others: call the officer (see About) and send the form via Line (0896796913) with pay slip

Member Registration Fee

• New Registration Fee 100 Baht
• Annual Fee 300 Baht

Conclusion

• New Registration (1-year member) : 100 + 300 = 400 Baht
• New Registration (3-year member) : 100 + (300 x 3) = 1,000 Baht
